Kalyani Priyadarshan made her Telugu debut with action and romantic entertainer Hello in which Akhil Akkineni, the son of Akkineni Nagarjuna played the lead role. Though Hello was just average at the box office but the performance of Kalyani Priyadarshan and Akhil Akkineni received lot of applause by the movie lovers and Akkineni fans. Now according to the latest buzz in the film Industry, Kalyani Priyadarshan has signed her next upcoming Telugu movie, which will be helmed by Kishore Tirumala and produced by Mythri Movie Makers. The film is tentatively titled as Chitralahari – Bar and Restaurant.
We have already reported that Sai Dharam Tej has signed a movie, which will be helmed by Kishore Tirumala. Guru actress Ritika Singh is already on the board to play the female lead. Now the makers have roped Kalyani Priyadarshan to play another female lead.
It was also heard that Kalyani Priyadarshan will be sharing the screen space with Pranav Mohanlal in a movie that will mark the directorial debut of Ani Sasi, the son of ace filmmaker IV Sasi. However, there is no any official confirmation regarding it.
The sources close to Sai Dharam Tej and Kishore Tirumala say that the makers have roped Kalyani Priyadarshan of Hello fame and Ritika Singh of Guru fame in this upcoming film to play the two female leads and both the actresses will be given equal importance in this flick.
Kishore Tirumala is popular for delivering several hit movies like Nenu Shailaja, Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi etc. Meanwhile Sai Dharam Tej is busy in his upcoming romantic entertainer Tej I Love You, bankrolled by KS Rama Rao under Creative Commercials banner. Anupama Parameswaran is playing the love interest of Sai Dharam Tej in this romantic entertainer.
