NOTA is all about the story of a flamboyant young man (Vijay Devarakonda) who becomes accidental Chief Minister of the State. Mehreen Kaur Pirzada is playing the female lead and will be seen playing a journalist. Apart from them, the film has other stars like Sathyaraj, Nasser, M.S.
