Mahesh Babu and Pooja Hegde starrer Maharshi was initially slated to hit the theaters on 5th April but it was postponed to 25th April due to delay in production. Earlier there were rumors that Mahesh Babu is not happy with parts of the shoot and Vamsi Paidipally asked them for 30 days more to wrap the shoot. But Dil Raju’s tweet has finally confirmed that there is nothing such.
Apart from Mahesh Babu and Pooja Hegde, Maharshi has other stars like Meenakshi Dixit, Jagapathi Babu, Sai Kumar, Prakash Raj, Sonal Chauhan, Allari Naresh, Jaysudha, Posani Krishna Murali and others in supporting roles.
Maharshi Makers have kept its story and most of its details under wraps, in a bid to maintain the curiosity of the viewers but the sources close to the film unit leaked the story of Maharshi recently and according to that Allari Naresh will be playing a key role in the film. He will be seen playing Mahesh Babu’s childhood friend who has been murdered by thugs. Allari Naresh’s death will impact Mahesh Babu’s life. However, Mahesh and Pooja Hegde’s roles in Maharshi are yet to be known.
