Nidhhi Agerwal is playing heavy role in iSmart Shankar

Nidhhi Agerwal is on the board to play the love interest of young and energetic actor Ram Pothineni is upcoming movie iSmart Shankar. Bengaluru girl Nidhhi Agerwal is on a roll. After Savyasachi and Mr Majnu, this is her third Telugu movie, in which she will be seen playing the female lead. Recently during the media interaction, Nidhii Agerwal opened up about her character in iSmart Shankar and revealed that she will be seen essaying the role of scientist in iSmart Shankar, which is being directed by Puri Jagannadh. The actress is quite excited about her role as it’s something that she always wanted to be in be real life. Playing scientist’s role isn’t a new thing but this is the first time Nidhhi Agerwal is going to play this heavy role and she has accepted it as challenge.

She said that she read the books, went through  the case studies and even visited a couple of hospitals to prepare for her character.

Nidhhi Agerwal made her debut in Tollywood with the  action entertainer  Savyasachi, which had Akkineni Naga Chaitanya in the lead role. Later, she teamed up with his brother Akhil Akkineni in romantic entertainer Mr Majnu. Both the movies were bombed at the box office.

 On the otherwise, Puri Jagannadh who has been facing a lot of box office duds for past few years, is planning to make his strong comeback with iSamart Shankar. Puri Jagannadh and Charmme Kaur are bankrolling the film together under the banner Puri Jagannadh Touring Talkies  in association with Puri Connects. The film has the music by Mani Sharma.
