Kannada film actor Dhruva Sarja and his wife Prerana have tested positive for coronavirus with mild symptoms. This news is confirmed by Dhurva Sarja himself as he took to his twitter and wrote, “My wife and I have both been tested positive for COVID-19 with mild symptoms and hence chosen to get ourselves hospitalised. I am sure we will be back all fine!”
Dhruva Sarja also suggested people who have been living in close proximity to him get themselves tested as well.
Dhruva Sarja is the younger brother of Kannada actor Chiranjeevi Sarja, who died at the age of 39 last month after a cardiac arrest. He is the nephew of veteran Kannada star Arjun Sarja. He made his acting debut with 2012 film Addhuri. He is also known for starring in Kannada films such as, Bahaddur and Bharjari, which earned him several award nominations. He will next be seen in an upcoming action thriller titled Pogaru, in which Rashmika Mandanna is playing the female lead. He is playing the role of Rashmika Mandanna’ boy friend in this film Pogaru.
Recently Mandya MP and actress Sumalatha Ambereesh too tested positive for Covid-19, now Dhruva Sarja is the second popular celebrity from Sandalwood to have tested positive for Coronavirus.
