Director Tharun Bhascker is popular for making romantic movie Pelli Choopulu. Now according to the latest update, Tharun Bhascker has lodged a complaint at Cyberabad Cyber Crime Police Station against two persons who have trolled him online using abusive language. According to the director, two persons twisted the telephonic conversations they had with his producer and made that they threatened them.
Tharun Bhascker took to his social media sites and shared a lengthy post and also revealed that he has filed a complaint at Cyberabad Cyber Crime Police Station.
Few days ago Tharun Bhascker appreciated Malayalam movie ‘Kappela’ and appealed his fans to watch this movie on Netflix. Mahesh Babu fans assumed his post to be a dig at Telugu Superstar Mahesh Babu and his two films, Sarileru Neekevaru and Maharshi. Later Mahesh Babu fans trolled Pelli Choopulu fame director on social media sites.
Now by sharing a post on Twitter, Tharun Bhascker said, “For the past few days, a post that we had put up regarding movies, in general, was distorted out of proportion on social media and was used to troll me and my team. In response to that, we had approached Cyber Crime Assistant Commissioner of Police S Harinath garu police official at Gachibowli, HYD, and made two phone calls to two twitter ids.”
The director added, “We called them, and spoke about how this issue was distorted and portray against us and also mentioned to them how trolling can affect an individual. We also warned them that any abusive language, personal remarks here forth shall be taken seriously.”
Tharun Bhascker concluded it by saying that he and his team is taking this seriously and will take action against every threat, phone call, defamation, false allegation posts, and messages.
