Akhil Akkineni, the younger lad of King Nagarjuna, was last seen in the romantic movie Mr Majnu, which was released last year in the month of January and received mixed response by the movie lovers and the critics on its opening day. But unfortunately the movie Mr Majnu was ended up commercially flop at the box office. However, despite the Telugu version’s underwhelming run, the Hindi version of Akhil Akkineni starrer Mr Majnu is packing a strong punch on YouTube.
Hindi film distributor Goldmines Telefilms released the dubbed Hindi version of Mr Majnu on Youtube on 4th July. Within just 3 days, Akhil’ Mr Majnu’ Hindi version has clocked over 20 million views, with nearly 7 lakh likes.
With the absence of movie theaters due to the Coronavirus scare, Akhil Akkineni starrer romantic and comedy movie Mr Majnu looks unstoppable on the digital platform and is expected to set some new records. The movie is directed by Venky Atluri and produced by BVSN Prasad under Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra. Ismart Shankar fame Nidhhi Agerwal is playing the female lead.
Meanwhile Akhil is working for his upcoming romantic movie Most Eligible Bachelor , which has Pooja Hegde in the female lead role, which is being helmed by Bommarillu Bhaska and is bankrolled by Geetha Arts 2.
