The young and happening actor Vijay Deverakonda becomes the first south Indian actor to have garnered eight million followers on Instagram.
Arjun Reddy fame actor, who enjoys a massive fan following on social media reached 8 million followers on Instagram. Rowdy hero is the first south Indian actor to pull it off with panache. Stylish Star Allu Arjun is inching closer to the record set by Vijay Deveakonda. Allu Arjun enjoys 7.6 million followers on Instagram and has added another 0.9 million to his follower count since 6th May, 2020. Mahesh Babu and Jr NTR are trailing behind as compared to Vijay Devearakonda and Allu Arjun.
Vijay Deverakonda came in limelight after delivering romantic movie ‘Pelli Choopulu’ and became a heartthrob with Sandeep Reddy Vanga’ directorial venture ‘Arjun Reddy’, which was a blockbuster at the box office.
Taxiwaala star has 1.7 million followers and 3.6 million followers on Twitter and Facebook respectively.
On the work front, Vijay Deverakonda will be seen in upcoming film Fighter, which is being directed by Puri Jagannadh and will be released in several languages namely Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi. The makers have wrapped up 50 percent of the shoot. The actor will be seen alongside Ananya Panday in this film and Ramya Krishna will be essaying the role of the actor’s mother.
