Rana Daggubati has played the lead role in the movie Aranya. Prabhu Solomon is the director of the movie. It is a much delayed film as the director took more than 2 years to complete it. This forest based project was initially scheduled for release in the first week of April.
However, it hasn’t happened due to the pandemic situation. It has been delayed indefinitely. In the lockdown period, many OTT platforms have come up with exciting offers to buy the film but the makers have stick to their theatrical release plan.
Aranya is made in three languages. Apart from Telugu, it will be released in Tamil and Hindi as well. In Tamil it is titled Kaadan and in Hindi it is Haathi Mere Saathi. While Vishnu Vishal played the supporting role in Telugu and Tamil versions, Pulkit Samrat replaced him for Hindi version.
Aranya makers have today confirmed that the film will be releasing for Sankranthi 2021.
