Power Star Pawan Kalyan starrer Vakeel Saab, is official remake of the Bollywood National award winning movie Pink. Director Venu Sriram had tailored the remake to suit the larger than life image of Pawan Kalyan and it also has Shruti Haasan in the crucial role. Vakeel was released on 9th April but it could not do expected business due to the spike in the coronavirus which led to the shut down of theatres across the nation. Now according to the latest update, Pawan Kalyan and Shruti Haasan starrer Vakeel Saab will be streaming on Amazon Prime video from 30th April.
Earlier during the media interaction, the film’s producer Dil Raju had said that Vakeel Saab will drop on the streaming platform only fifty days after its initial release. However, as the government imposed new restrictions in the face of surging coronavirus numbers, the film makers to bring forward the court room drama digital premiere.
The film Vakeel Saab which is jointly backed by Dil Raju and Boney Kapoor, also features Prakash Raj, Anjali, Nivetha Thomas, and Ananya Nagalla in pivotal roles.
The film Vakeel Saab marked Pawan Kalyan’ return to films after a three year sabbatical. He was last seen in action and romantic drama Agnyaathavaasi which was released in 2018.
