Shruti Haasan, the daughter of Kamal Haasan and Sarika, started the year with the Ravi Teja starrer Krack and later she was seen playing the important role in Vakeel Saab co starring Power Star Pawan Kalyan. Currently she is sharing the screen space with Prabhas in action thriller drama Salaar, which is progressing at the brisk pace under the direction of Prashanth Neel who is known for delivering KGF: Chapter 1. Apparently, Shruti Haasan will be seen in an action oriented role in Salaar.
The sources say that Shruti Haasan will be seen performing a few daredevil stunts in the film. So, Gabbar Singh fame actress is said to be training in martial arts now to make sure the stunts she performs in action sequences in Prabhas starrer look authentic.
Apparently, Shruti Haasan is training in Mixed Martial Arts for Salaar, which is bankrolled by Hombale Films. Prabhas and Shruti Haasan starrer is being shot in Kannada and Telugu languages, and will be dubbed in Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam.
On the otherside, she will also be seen in Tamil political thriller drama Laabam alongside Vijay Sethupati, which is written and directed by SP Jananathan. In this film Shruti Haasan is playing the role of Clara.
