Megha Akash takes risk:Megha Akash’s Telugu movies Lie and Chal Mohan Ranga, were commercially flop at the box office. Her Tamil debut Oru Pakka Kathai and Enai Noki Paayum are yet to be released and the actress has taken the risk for her third Tamil project Boomerang as she dubbed her own dialogues. Megha Akash has taken the risk in her riskiest career.
Megha Akash is well known face for Telugu audiences as she made her debut in Tollywood with LIE, in which she shared the screen space with Nithiin in the direction of Hanu Raghavapudi. Later once again Megha Akash teamed up with Nithiin for Trivikram Srinivas and Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s production venture Chal Mohan Ranga. Both the movies were flop at the box office.
Megha Akash made her Tamil debut with Oru Pakka Kathai costarring Kalidas Jayaram. Currently Megha Akash is busy in her upcoming Tamil romantic thriller movie Enai Noki Paayum, directed and produced by Gautham Menon. In this upcoming drama Megha Akash is playing the love interest of Dhanush. Baahubali star Rana Daggubati is making his screen presence in guest appearance. Apart from Enai Noki Paayum, Megha Akash is also working for her third Tamil project Boomerang with Atharvaa in the direction of Kannan. Megha Akash has not only shot for the film but also dubbed her own dialogues. Bollywood actor Upen Patel will be seen playing antagonist. Apart from the lead pair, Boomerang, has other stars like Sathish, RJ Balaji, Upen Patel and Suhasini Maniratnam in supporting roles. The film has the music by Arjun Reddy fame Radhan and Prasanna S Kumar is handling the cinematography.
Recently during the media interaction Kannan said, “I feel that characters remain incomplete when others dub for them. In Megha Akash’s case, I insisted on her dubbing her own lines because she plays a simple girl next door in this upcoming saga.” Kannan praised Mega Akash and said, “ I am very happy with the output. Megha Akash has pulled off the role with perfection. I wanted to utilize the talent of Megha Akash so I asked her to dub the dialogues in her own voice for Boomerang. Initially, Megha Akash said no to me but later she agreed.”
