Mithun Chakraborty‘s wife Yogeeta Bali and son Mahaakshay Chakraborty have been recently accused of rape and cheating by a woman, who is an actress in Hindi and Bhojpuri cinema.
A woman, who has worked in Hindi and Bhojpuri films, has filed a rape complaint against Bollywood veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty’s wife Yogeeta Bali and son Mahaakshay Chakraborty at the Rohini court. In her complaint, she accused Mahaakshay of raping and cheating her on the pretext of marrying her. The woman said that both were a live-in relationship for three years and they got into a physical relationship her after the accused promised to marry her. The woman also alleged that when she became pregnant, Mahaakshay had given her some medicine which led to an abortion. She added that Mithun Chakraborty’s wife Yogeeta Bali had warned of her dire consequences if she continued her affair with Mahaakshay. The woman also said in the court that she moved to Delhi from Mumbai as she received death threat from Yogeeta Bali and her son Mahaakshay.
The court has ordered an FIR for rape, cheating and causing miscarriage without consent against Mithun Chakraborty’s wife Yogeeta Bali and son Mahaakshay Chakraborty. More details are still awaited.
It is learnt that Mithun Chakraborty’s son Mahaakshay marriage was fixed with actress Madalasa Sharma on 7th July. Madalsa is the daughter of filmmaker Subhash Sharma and actress Sheela Sharma. The sources say that it’s a love-cum-arranged marriage. Both the families are known each other since a very long time.
Mahaakshay made his debut in the industry in 2008 with Jimmy. His popular movies are Loot, Jimmy and Enemmy. Mahaakshay and Madalsa had got engaged in the month of March at the actor’s Mumbai home.
Months ago, Mithun Chakraborty’s son Mahaakshay’s picture with adult film star Kayden Kross went viral on social media.
